- Registration Information: Customers are required to provide accurate personal information, including full name, nationality, passport number, and residence address in Vietnam, in order to register the SIM as per Vietnamese law.

3. Terms of Use for TravelSIM
- Legal Use: Customers agree to use the SIM for lawful purposes and not to violate any security, defense, or legal regulations in Vietnam.

- Validity Period: The SIM's validity is based on the package purchased by the customer. Please ensure timely renewal to avoid service interruption.

SIM Transfer: Registered TravelSIMs are non-transferable to another person.

4. Privacy Policy

Protection of Personal Data: TravelSIM is committed to protecting customers' personal information in accordance with current legal regulations. We do not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

5. Refund and Service Cancellation Policy

- SIM Return: If the product does not match the order placed on the website, customers may request a return within 7 days and receive a refund after deducting shipping costs.

- Reporting Lost SIM: In the event of a lost or stolen SIM, customers should immediately notify TravelSIM to lock the SIM and prevent unauthorized use.

Policy Updates: TravelSIM reserves the right to modify and update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be announced on the official TravelSIM website and other communication channels.
