TravelSIM will only process refunds if the product received does not match the order placed. To be eligible for a refund, you must ensure the following:

- The product received does not match the description or the order placed (e.g., wrong SIM type, incorrect plan).
- The refund request must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt.

2. Refund Process

If your product qualifies for a refund, please follow these steps:

- Return the Product: Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product to the TravelSIM office. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning the product.

- Refund: After we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund. The refund amount will be the total order value minus the return shipping costs.

3. Refund Processing Time

The refund process will be completed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive the returned product and confirm its eligibility for a refund.
